The restoration program covers the replacement of existing concrete/asphalt and lawn after the underground line is replaced. Discounts are available for choosing multiple programs and/or prepaying customers.
Gas In-House Line Protection Program
The Gas In-House Line Protection Program covers the gas in-house line that runs inside the customer’s home from the gas meter to the appliance connectors.
By paying just $4.30 per month, customers can protect themselves against line leaks and repairs that can cost hundreds or thousands of dollars.
Discounts are available for choosing multiple programs and/or prepaying customers.
Gas Underground House Line Protection Program
The gas underground house line is for customers with a remote meter set and covers the outside gas line that runs from the gas meter to the customer’s house.
For a $4.30 monthly fee, the Gas Underground House Line Protection Program will cover all the expenses of replacing the line.
Paying $2.00 more per month will reward customers with the Gas Underground House Line Protection Restoration Program upgrade.
Choosing the restoration program ensures customers that existing concrete/asphalt and lawn will be replaced after the replacement of the line.
Discounts are available for customers who choose to buy multiple plans and/or prepaying customers.
Water Service Line Protection Program
The water service line runs from the curb box to the water meter.
The Water Service Line Protection Program saves the customer the cost of labor to repair leaking or broken water lines for $4.30 per month.
For an extra $2.00 per month, we can upgrade your program with the Water Service Line Protection Restoration Program that covers the replacement of existing concrete/asphalt or lawn after repairs to the water line have been made.
Customers who bundle their plans or prepay their program are eligible for discounts.

Corrosion can cause costly, messy leaks and breaks in these lines.
The Sewer Service Line Protection Program covers the cost of these incidents for $6.75 per month.
There are no prepay discounts available for this program.
Heating/Cooling Protection Programs
Using your furnace or air conditioning unit can often put wear and tear on your system, especially older models.
For $7.95 a month, Reliable HomeWorks’ Heating Protection Program or Cooling Protection Program will cover the cost of service on many makes, models and ages of furnaces or air conditioning units.
Bundle the Heating and Cooling Protection Programs for only $15.00 per month.
Other discounts are also available for customers bundling protection plans and/or prepaying customers.
Multiple-Meter Gas Service Line Protection Program
Multiple-meter gas service lines run from the curb to multiple meters.
Owners of duplexes or other multiple unit homes can face headaches when unexpected repairs are required for two or three meters.
The Multiple-Meter Gas Service Line Protection Program covers the repairs for corroding, leaking gas lines.
Two meters can be covered for $5.25/month and three meters can be covered for $5.75/month.
Gas service lines used for multi-unit housing with four or more meters and commercial purposes are excluded.
